Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 17 and come to the festivities at
the Tapteal Greenway Annual Celebration for 2009!  Join the Board of
Directors, TGA members, and friends for a delightful evening.  Arrive
promptly at 6 p.m. to enjoy a breathtaking Kiona sunset, lovely music, tasty
snacks, award-winning wines, and other beverages provided by Tapteal
Greenway.
 
We will update you on our efforts to build trails, restore native habitat
and species, promote environmental education, enhance recreational
opportunities, and protect the Amon Basin and Yakima River corridor.  We'll
also present the 2009 Tri-Cities Conservationist of the Year Award.  Please
join us for an event to remember.
 
We'll have a Silent Auction fundraiser loaded with lots of gifts and
surprises, and we'll raffle off a prize generously donated by renowned
photographer, John Clement.  Invite your friends!  You do NOT need to be a
Tapteal Greenway member to attend.
 
We are still looking for Silent Auction items, so if you have an interesting
item or service you'd be willing to donate to this worthy cause, please call
